Leighton Meeting in Madrid.

Ryan robogallina, David Double D and Sara meet in Madrid from 26th till 31th of august. I took sara in the bus stop and we drove to the airport terminal1. Once they arrived we put all their luggage in the car and drove to my house, I drove and got lost but that werent accidental because I did it in purpouse, I wanna show the the main streets of madrid by car. (LOL ;)) Once we arrived to the parking we all sat with my family while we had a nice chat. At the begining it was a little bit difficult cause it was weird to see them at home, talking with my parents, but we know each other too much so at the end it was easier that expected. Family and them made things easier, We had nice drinks and sweets that sara gave us from Asturias and we planned our next day. We took a bus to their hostal and we showed them the main buildings of the city
, I was impressed cause they booked a hostal in the main city centre, it was in CArretas 3,they had the 5th floor, it wasnt noise because of the windows and the have one of the best views i've seen in the centre, Just in front of them the main clock of the building, Carlos III in his horse, the statue of the "madroño" and the bear and of course the corte Inglés.
That evening we went out with some of my friends, they invited us to drink Sangría, thanks guys and sorry because my stomack wasnt very good that nite. We danced and have nice chat but we were nackered so it was not a very long nite. Perfect to be frest for the next day.
On the next day 27th we visited El Prado the best picture museum in Europe and maybe in the world. We had nice time there I explained them some of the most important paintings. After that we walked all throught the Retiro a huge park we have in Madrid we had nice cold drink while ryan was training in his pronunciation. that was funny, he learned how to say " Dónde puedo comprar gas butano?", that phrase was goin to be important for all the trip. We had lunch at home with my brothers and I was almost dying, honestly I was too bad, but we chilled out in the pool and I didnt talked to much and i charged a bit my bateries. We heard a strange noise at the top of the tree we already don't know what it was that strange animal but it wasnt dangerous at all. Ry tried a siesta, not a proper one, but he will have one someday. ;)
Monday 28th... we walked all trought the main city centre, all around the old centre, narrow streets and beautiful squares.
Every time when I am walking and visiting my city I realized that I am really in love with it. Opera, Royal Palace, Moro gardens
, and we had a nice Granizado or cocacola in Las Vistillas and there was a famous actress sited just in front of us, she was promoting the spanish omelette she was playing for an advertismen
t or something like that. We walked to the Puerta del Sol to take the 53 for going home to have lunch, but we passed trought one of my favourite statues in Madrid. We asked in the information centre about few things and we had lunch with all my family, after that we watched few Lost chapters!! They are already enganged but they don't want to recognice it. Now they are not scared to flight aren't you? We met in the oso y madroño and had dinner in VIPS they really love it, we had nice chat and enjoyed the dinner.
Tuesday 29th.....Dave and Ry went to the Royal Palace early in the morning, they really enjoyed the visit, also they had a guide. They enjoyed with the group mates they have because they saw some of them all around madrid during the following days, special mention for the chinisse and european ones. Guys ate churros in San Ginés for breakfast!!We meet later on on the Retiro but we were waiting in the wrong entrance, probably it was my fault because Sara and also both of them thought that we said that we will meet in the same gate, but I was waiting in another one. Ry, Dave and me had some bocadillos de pan tumacat!
Nice ones, thanks to mum, she helped us too much. She always invited us to have lunch and helped us thinking in places to visit! We had fun feeding the sparrows but not the pidgeons, I was really happy I love them all around me shouting for little peaces of bread! After that we visited the Archeological Museum of Madrid, I really enjoyed there, I didn't visited it since ages! We went in the wrong cronological order, but we had fun. Later on we meet with Sara and Lori in the Retiro, we walked and have nice conversations. Ryan showed the girls his new ability: "¿Dónde puedo comprar gas butano?" they laughted! We went shoping. Ry and Dave went by metro to their place and they had some malibus while they meet some people such as Bar' stuff and eldelery ladies.
LOL, don´t be bother guys I am joking, they were kind and nice as usually they helped the bar "to made the august" and also helped them when lights were on cleaning and puting in order some of the drinks.
Wednesday 30th... hangover.... We went to the El Corte inglés and Ry was almost arrested by the stuff while he was trying to stole some clothes. (joking!!), Dave bouth some food for his family!! and we took the 53 for going home and have lunch there but this time without Sara cause she was having lunch with her family. We went to the pool it was cold but guys were feeling better after the bath we ate some honey peanuts and enjoyed the luch at home and watched another Lost chapter. At night we had dinner in "Los Huevos de Lucio" one of the most famous places in madrid of tipical food, all the staff was great we enjoyed that nite at all, first when I dropped the bread and guys got the english menu it was chance! We ordered Eggs with pisto, Morcilla y chorizo y chistorra, and a nice Tinto wine. We were laughting while the waitress was inviting us in a polite way to evacuate the restaurant!! So when we evacuate everybody apreciate it cause somebody dropped his chair and broke the silent environment with a huge noise. (I am joking, it wasnt too bad, just a laught!! Thank´s for that momment it was really funny!!). We had a nice icecream and my favourite brownie in the VIPS service was terrible, but we had a laught! I showed them all the girie holes we have in madrid!!
Sara took the metro and lads went with me to Cibeles and gave me some money cause I din't have too much for a taxi. Thanks so much!!!
Thursday 31th.... Goodbye day, that's sad. Nobody wanted that day. Guys came to my house for having lunch and I will drove to the airport and took them to the Terminal1. That time I did it ok, we had little trouble cause their planes were later than expected so that was good because we stayed much more time together !! But not all of us, because Sara was with her family, loads of troubles during those days many things in their house, so she couldn't arrive at time. They talked on the phone and say goodbye, but they are lucky because they will see eachother again soon, next sunday on Leighton. Honestly, you can not imagine how jelous I am I am goin to miss you a lot, I don´t want to think in you all having fun together, living in Preston again another year. I am missing u each minute of the day, I don't went to think in my next year of course studying here, but hopefully it will be okay, I am going to study my favourite modules, so I think it will be interesting not as funny as every night in Preston... but my life now is in here, here in Madrid.

Campoamor
Campoamor... lugar odiado lugar amado.
CRAZY SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
